His Eminence Sheikh Yasser al Habib participated in the procession of Khoddam al Mahdi (as) in London, after the Zuhurain prayers on the 20th day of Safar the month of grief, Hijri year 1438. The walk lasted for around 2 hours and began from the area of Gerrards Cross, and ended at The Minor Land of Fadak. The Sheikh was also accompanied by Sheikh Hassan Al-Garawi, Sheikh Amir Qureshi and the members of the administration.
The march also included those from the religious servants and attendees from the blessed Haya as well as current rafidhi followers who attended from different parts of the country.
The participants of the march carried the flags of Khoddam Al-Mahdi (as) and the Husseini banners and chanted slogans of disassociation from the killers and oppressors of the pure household; especially against Abu Bakr, Umar and Aisha (May Allah's wrath and curses be upon them all).
The march witnessed the first time that banners in this way were raised with statements written on them in English such as: 'Imam Hussein is the martyr of freedom' and 'Abu Bakr and Umar hijacked Islam and gave it the face of terrorism' and 'The following of imam Hussein is to reject tyranny and terrorism' as well as more slogans.
In addition, English leaflets were distributed for pedestrians and were posted through some houses by the Organizing Committee. During this march, all supporters of freedom were called upon to pay attention to the necessity of searching for the true cause of today's terrorism and injustice. And that progress and liberation of humanity, can be though dropping Saqifa and its symbols.
It is worth mentioning that the Khoddam Al-Mahdi Organization, peace be upon him, previously organized the march in 1435 AH, where it was the longest Husseini march and the first of its kind in Europe. The distance was twenty-seven kilometers, and lasted over eleven hours with a break only to perform the prayer.
